Shipping Policy

At Aylara, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping for our apparel. Shipping costs depend on the size of your order and delivery destination. Simply proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address for an accurate quote.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During high-demand periods like launches or restocks, processing may take up to 5–8 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: Orders are dispatched via the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated based on your order’s total value, weight, package dimensions, and destination.
  • International Orders: Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or VAT fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control and depend on the selected shipping service.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Due to the limited inventory of our sweatshirts, we do not offer returns at this time. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@aylara.com within 10 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to address any concerns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 business days of your delivery date for unworn, undamaged apparel. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. Items that arrive damaged or show signs of wear will not qualify for exchange.

Defective Products

While we carefully inspect every item before shipping, if you believe your product is defective, please contact us at support@aylara.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right!

Aylara is not responsible for:

  • Errors made by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Damage caused during transit by postal services
  • PO box delivery issues
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
