How often do you restock?
We aim to restock approximately once a month, though this may vary. With our recent move to a larger warehouse, we’re excited to stock more inventory for upcoming drops. We understand sell-outs can be frustrating and deeply appreciate your patience and support as we grow—thank you!
What size should I order?
Our sweatshirts are unisex and true to size. For a relaxed, oversized look, we recommend sizing up.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs or import fees may apply depending on your country. Check with your local customs office for more details. Any additional fees will be your responsibility.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. During high-demand periods, such as launches or restocks, shipping may take up to 14 business days. Thank you for your understanding during these busy times.
How can I track my order?
After your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check all details, including size, color, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.
What happens if my order is returned due to a wrong address?
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll issue a refund in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping cost and a $5 processing fee.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to our limited inventory, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@aylara.store within 10 days of receiving your item, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
